We are a worker-led collective of Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) dedicated to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and affordable space for childcare. Rooted in the belief that every family deserves access to quality early learning and that educators deserve respect and fair compensation, we operate with a mission and values that put children, families, and workers at the heart of everything we do.
